The Blackened Cajun Chicken Alfredo was very good and flavorful. My only regret is that the cooking/heating method is shown for microwave ovens only. As I no longer have a microwave oven in my home it makes me have to guess how much time and at what temperature is best for the food. I understand that many people would try to use the package to heat the food in the oven and that is not possible.
