This is a very good cold chicken salad. Each bite is an explosion of Mediterranean flavors. Might be my current favorite meal.
The Blackened Cajun Chicken Alfredo was very good and flavorful. My only regret is that the cooking/heating method is shown for microwave ovens only. As I no longer have a microwave oven in my home it makes me have to guess how much time and at what temperature is best for the food. I understand that many people would try to use the package to heat the food in the oven and that is not possible.
