Delectable spicy Italian sausage from Wiener Kitchen, perfectly matched with protein-rich chickpea pasta, zesty tomato sauce, melted cheese, and flavorful seasoned ricotta.
The Blackened Cajun Chicken Alfredo was very good and flavorful. My only regret is that the cooking/heating method is shown for microwave ovens only. As I no longer have a microwave oven in my home it makes me have to guess how much time and at what temperature is best for the food. I understand that many people would try to use the package to heat the food in the oven and that is not possible.
Whoever made this recipe is an absolute madman/woman. I could eat this every single meal.

This is a very good cold chicken salad. Each bite is an explosion of Mediterranean flavors. Might be my current favorite meal.
